The automatic band sawing machine with front drag and rear feed structure adds the function of cutting tailing material on the basis of the ordinary NC sawing machine. Its special performance is mainly shown in the following aspects:
A set of automatic feeding devices are added to the discharging side. Ordinary NC sawing machine can not send the workpiece held by the clamp to the position of the saw blade , so there will be 400mm and above tailing material can not be automatically cut, the tailing material need to be reversed manually, in the process of dumping the material it is easy to cause loosening, re-find time and labor, and also difficult to ensure accuracy. Therefore, our company developed the band sawing machine with automatic dragging mechanism on the discharging side.
1.When a single stroke of feeding mechanism on the feeding side cannot meet the feeding length, the discharging side will drag the workpiece to complete the secondary feeding, thus saving the return time of the secondary feeding and improving the work efficiency.
2.On the last cutting, the feeding mechanism on the feeding side cannot grip the tailing material, the dragging mechanism on the discharging side can be used to pull the material out and cut, without manual reverse the tailing material, saving the operation time, reducing the labor intensity, facilitating the operation and improving the production efficiency.
3, The sawing machine with front drag and rear feed structure make it possible to put the whole bundle of workpiece on the sawing machine directly. The first cut is sawing with the same head, and the last cut is sawing with the same tail to ensure the precision of eaching sawing, and provide qualified size material for subsequent welding process.
4, The same bundle of material can be cut to different sizes, reasonable use of each bundle of material, reduce waste, improve the utilization rate of raw materials. (5 groups of dimensions can be set at the same time and sawed in turn)
