Short Description:

W350mmxH350mm double column horizontal band Saw machine

1, double column structure. chromium plating column matched with iron casting sliding sleeve could guarantee the guiding accuracy and sawing stability.
2, reasonable guiding system with roller bearings and carbide efficiently prolongs the using life of the saw blade.
3, Hydraulic vise: the work piece is clamped by hydraulic vice and controlled by hydraulic speed control valve. It can also be adjusted manually.
4, Saw blade tension: the saw blade is tightened up (manual, hydraulic pressure can be selected), so that the saw blade and the synchronous wheel are firmly and tightly attached, so as to achieve safe operation at high speed and high frequency.
5, Advanced hydraulic technology, hydraulic clamping, step less variable frequency speed regulation, runs smoothly.
